It is only a stage 1 Roush. My understanding was the stage 3 is the one with the scoop. I am sure you can buy the scoop also.

What does the Stage 1 Roush add for performance parts? I hope it's better than the S281 Saleen.

There is really nothing that is added for performance in Stage 1, except optional tires and wheels. It is really an appearance package. Stage 2 adds suspension upgrades(at least it use to. I haven't heard anything about stage 2 in regards to 2005 Stangs), and Stage 3 puts a supercharger on it. Very similar to how Saleen does things.

Congrats on the Roush. There is a guy that lives close to me with a Sonic Blue one. Actually yours looks better in that color.

Doesn't the stage 1 also come with exhaust? I know that exhaust on the '05 really only changes the sound and doesn't effect performance, but I thought that came on the stage 1 as well.

I used to think those were pretty hideous even though I'm a Roush fan, but they grew on me after seeing a redfire one in person. I'm just not a fan of the window louvers. Nice car though. Roush has always been really good with aftermarket suspension and brakes (although not always with prices for such), so you have some good options if you want to add on some Roush parts.

    Nice! :nice:

Hood scoops weren't ready for early production S1's. I considered not putting mine on, since it's a fake, but it looks mighty fine with it, so I'm glad I did.
