wot oil pressure drops

    I'm in the same boat. I need to drop the oil pan to make sure there isnt something wrong with the pick up. if it check ok then time to drop in the spare motor......

    What's your engine setup? Modifications to oil pump, pickup, or pan?

    Just in case....

    Check the oil level. Make sure it's not low.

    I think its time for a new motor. The oil pressure isn't as good as I'd like it to be anyway. And its got some wear. I've seen deals for a referbrished 302 block for 600 bucks. Are these good deals? Maybe I can swap my parts over to complete it. While I'm at it put some alum heads.
