have you tried disconnecting the battery for I think its like 15 minutes so the computer resets?
Sounds like two things to me... 1. You need MIL eliminators for the downstream O2 sensors. If there are no sensors in the holes, that may be a problem too. 2. Check for vacuum leaks. Carb cleaner doesn't always work.
I recently put in an off road H pipe. There's been snow so I haven't had much time to work with it. I made my own MIL eliminators and I get no codes on the down stream O2 sensors. But I'm getting a code on Bank 1 O2 upstream. My cars running like crap. From the 13 years I've owned it, when it ran like this it was ALWAYS vacuum leaks. (Exactly like you are describing.) I had to have it "smoked" before to find the leak. Now I'm not so sure this isn't exhaust pipe related. The one sensor that is triggering is about 3 inches further down the pipe than on the stock one. I'm not sure if that could cause bad reading thus bad computer output. I'll be swapping it out tonight or tomorrow.
