Go with KOOKS or SLP

They both have their pros and cons. I see nothing wrong with shorties I have JBA shorties (got a real GOOD deal on them) on mine and they are very nice...but going LT now. Getting my motor ready for a supercharger. Shorties are lighter than the cast iron headers, motor will breath better...

There was one back in December that was worse...spanned quite a few ricer web sites, it was really bad. There is another one going on right now (besides the one mentioned in this thred) over at SVTP

You will need a insert in some applications. Mine fit fine with the stock manifolds but when I went to Short tubes I had to get an insert. Sorry about bringing an old post back from the dead, lol I just saw the date, but this is helpful for others to know if the longer bolts/studs do not work.
