    Employee Pricing on Bullitt

Well, I had to do it. I saw a 2008 Bullitt at the local Ford dealer earlier this week and had to upgrade from my 06 GT. Mine was almost the same price as what 2001StanGT was looking at after employee pricing and a $500 military rebate. I am now the proud owner of #2297! Just drove it home...

How many miles on your S197?

Purchased Jan '06 and just broke 16K last week. Of course it sat in my garage for all of 2007 since I was deployed to Okinawa. I normally drive 70 miles per day round trip for work.

    Western Motorsports CAI installed!!!!!

Looks nice. I am also running the WMS and love it. Looking at your pics, did you heat up the connectors? They will shrink down and seal the ends better.

Anyone with Corsa exhaust AND Corsa Xpipe?

I also installed the axle backs then the x-pipe. Did not notice any major difference in the sound coming from the CORSAs after the X.

    Looking for Ford V8 emblem

I liked the look of that same emblem...until I saw it on the back of a minivan the other day. Not sure if I still want to buy it or not. I found one for only $10 on jegs.com.

    Intake/Exhaust Modifications - FEEDBACK NEEDED

I am running my 06 GT with Corsa axlebacks and x-pipe with a WMS High Velocity Intake. No tune to date and love the sound and performance (279 rwhp & 293 max torque). I am still planning on buying an SCT XCalibrator 2 some time in the near future.

    2007 hood scoops

Love the Cervini's look. I see that you are running the WMS intake with it. Just curious do the holes on the front of the hood vent straight into the tray or off to the side where the other CAIs normally are?

    Suspension Kit Question

That is some good information to have! Of course the whole 'voided warranty' thing seems to be seems to be a very grey area depending on where you live and your local Ford dealer. I will definitely keep this in mind, thanks!

    Please Post Your Gas Mileage

I just broke 6800 miles in my 06 GT and I consistently average 21 mpg with an even mix of highway and city driving. Of course I like to push the rpm's more often than not.

FORD GT replica wheels for Mustang!!!!

I really like the Gunmetal finish on these. Question about the offset though, only 24mm on the 18x9 and 22mm on the 18x10...is that enough?

    Suspension Kit Question

Thanks, that is some good information to have. It sounds like you have put a lot of thought into this. I think I agree with you that piecing together everything on our own is probably the best way to end up with the desired result. Thanks for your help.
