Procharger is a turd, do some thread searches for good stories. If you are trying to save a buck by going centri go with the Vortech and spend your money well by going with a mongoose kit from MPH, there are way too many little details that you have to take care of if you try to piece it...

I checked and there isn't a fuse that controls the wiper and the radio under hood. There are 2 separate relays that control the wipers, but since they don't work at all I don't think it would be the underhood relay
