I would pay more than a few bucks for a pdf copy. I'm sure a bunch of others here would as well. Could be quite profitable for someone if they can get their hands on a copy.

I'm in Canada...so unfortunately the library of congress route wouldn't work for me - but sounds like a great idea if someone over there was to do this to get a copy in scan it for the rest of us :)
