Also have now checked the fuel pump relay. good. However, I discovered there is also no spark. checked the voltage going into the coil, about 5V but nothing coming out. I suspect it takes 12V for a visible spark. For good measure I replaced the coil with a new MSD TFI blaster. Still nada...

I turn the key to "on", 42 psi for 1 second then 0 psi. The car died instantly running about 15 mph in 1st gear and won't start. About 5k on motor. I'm thinking there's a relay for priming the fuel pump, and another to run the pump? Electrical problem? New fuel filter checked fuses New BBK...

When my car was a mostly stock 302 coupe I's running a 9.4 1/8 and 14.4 1/4. Now, years later with a built 331 w/ 350 RWTQ and 300 RWHP I'm slightly slower with about a 8 mph faster trap speed! i did have 1 decent run at 13.5 @ 105. Did I lose my touch? BTW, all done on street tires.

Is overboared like a big pig?> If you are now .060 overbored are you still building a 331? I would though it in the trash unless you plan on just racing it. Just me

What evidence are you using to conclude you're rich? You can adjust your pressure with an aftermarker regulator and gauge if you have one.

The 5000 was a guess. Didn't know of any problems with the mileage. EPA was 34 city I and 30 ish Hwy on the sticker.

I have 92 t5 coupe that ran about .2 faster in the 1/8 and 1/4 when stock. I think its pretty darn good though for what u got going.
