Just from personal experience I have seen the focus pump work up to about 425. You might lose a pound or two in the intercooler, i'll say 404rwhp.

The only thing I would be worried about is the heat, it's going to have cool iat s but overall the blower and everything is going to be spinning much more and have a lot more stress and heat.

I am running NGK BR7EF's gapped .032 they're 2 steps colder.

11-12 PSI would be my guess, but there are so many things to factor in.. I think you will tip 410-420.

You should be safe with a 100 shot, you should get it tuned however. The tubing should be universal if you know what size and material it is, have you tried looking on the ZEX sight for the fittings and jets? If not try Corral's classified section under power adders, or just google it.

Even if you don't hit 400 you'll land further than the N/A mods would have taken you, you could also look into building your own kit with a used head unit and all new fuel system/ piping.
