Help Me Decide On Rocker Panel Stripes...

I vote for plain rocker stripes, that's what I have on mine. I did mine in the same size and configuration as the original 1965-66's because I always thought that was a classic look.

    Angry with Ford right now

A switch broke on a six year old car! That is a unacceptable quality control  It's a pretty common part, if you don't want new just go to a wrecking yard and get a replacement and do it yourself on the cheap.

Serious interior flooding issues with my car!!!

Remove the cowl covers as though you were installing a new cabin air cleaner. Reach down to the bottom and make sure it is clean and dry. There are two rubber / neoprene drains at the bottom of the cowl that can get clogged up very easily. Open them up with your finger and be sure they are clear...

Serious interior flooding issues with my car!!!

99% of the cabin leaks come from clogged cowl drains. If you park outdoors a lot you need to clean the debris that collects in the cowl and open up the drains. It is simple and takes all of 5 minutes. When the drains are clogged the water can't drain out and it overflows into the cabin. This...

2010 Mustang Rust --Glass spots--Engine tap

Your issues seem really odd and rather hard to believe. That makes me think that maybe you joined just to complain and to stir the pot :notnice: If you were "real" you would have had these things taken care of at any Ford dealer under warranty.

does any one have a problem with their cd player playing burnt cds

I have the Shaker 500 and I burn all my cd's in mp3 to play on it and I never had a problem and they all play fine (I get 125+ songs per cd). I burn mine using iTunes on a Mac if that matters.

Pix of the new shoes - even if they do stick out.....lol

I agree with the others. The tires don't stick out too far but they're getting close. 1. Drop the rear with some Roush springs, they will level the car out nicely :nice: 2. Toss those truck mud flaps :notnice: They look stupid on a pony / muscle / performance car: it's a Mustang!

    2011 Black or Red Candy?

Black looks great when it is clean and polished. Unfortunately dive it one block or let it sit for an hour in your driveway and you can see the dust and dirt. Black shows dirt and dings more than any other color. I owned one black car and never will again! Go with Candy Red, it's a great...

    2010 rear springs

Roush sells the rear lowering springs and they will level out the Mustang nicely. I have them on mine and couldn't be happier. Here is a link to them: ROUSH Performance: Ford Mustang Rear Coil Springs

    Comparing the 2011 Mustang V6 ....

The new v6 is still down on torque and that is what gets the car moving. No way will a stock 2011 v6 be in the high 13's, not enough grunt to get that done.

    NEED HELP Shifter Boot?

Easy fix Your boot is probably just fine. If it's slipping down then the o-ring must have broken or is missing. Take you knob and boot off and take them to a hardware or auto parts store and get an o-ring the fits the boot tight to the shifter knob. For less than a dollar the problem is fixed.

Am I Getting Hosed by the Dealership?

Since when is the word screwed a vulgar and offensive word? Maybe it's vulgar and offensive to you because you have a sexual and offensive meaning of it. That may be how you take it but not everyone does. To many, including me, the meaning of being "screwed" is the common cartoon of it...

Am I Getting Hosed by the Dealership?

This is why I do all of my own service, from minor to major repairs, on my Mustang as well as all of the other vehicles owned by my family. My work is always better, more reliable and way less expensive. Yeah, you're getting screwed. Time to take a course in auto mechanics and purchase some...

Water leaking in. Where is it coming in from?

Use a small battery terminal remover tool (looks like a mini gear puller) and they will pop right off. Pick up a new cabin air filter while you're at it.
