I'm very happy with my 3.73 in my auto. The 4.10 would have my revs up a little too high when on the highway. I'd stick with the Ford gears. You could also consider getting a 3.90 gear (Ford does not make it).

Could be a problem with your up stream O2 senors. You can MIL or turn off the rear O2 sensors with tunner, but the ones nearest the engine affect how lean/rich your car runs.

I started the thread because I have seen some on eBay that claim better flow than Accufab and Dragon. I found the claims interesting. IMO, I'd take a Dragon over the Accufab...it's +/- 1HP difference in performance and a lot more affordable.
