    I literally took the driverside of my x pipe in advance auto and the guy let me go Through there doughnut gaskets until I found a match. It seals it up fine without the two flanges actually touching. I had some kinda funky studs with shirt threads that prevented me from tightening mine down...

    You can run a doughnut gasket on the driverside to fix this. I did on my cobra And it works fine just had to match one up.

    Yep and I have ran the balls off of it! Usually let oil changes Goto 10/11k miles and its had 3 bottles of n20 through if AFTER 330k feels just as strong as it did when it had 130k on it.

    Both my gt and my cobra did this when I went to an or x pipe. Cobra only has 90k and smokes when u start it and smokes of you get on it hard. I never have to add oil or coolant so must not be too bad now my gt has 330k+ and smokes less but uses about a qt every 1500 miles.
