I realize the calipers could be bad im just trying to find any other cause efore i spend the money

Well this weekend i swtiched the sensors around from side to side to see if i got a bad 02 sensor and the code has not popped back up since. Seems to be getting better gas mileage too. Weird, but ill keep posted if it comes back on.

I think the mirrors also look like a little lighter shade then the body. But on something so small it doesnt bother me one bit. On the trunk it would bother me. id try and locate the correct color.

Well the fuel pump fixed the hard start problem and gave it some power back. But i cleared the codes and now it popped back up. Its the p1151 code and now a p1000 code.

I just called autozone and changed my order to the full assembly :nice: that way im not tracking down more problems. Ill put it in tomorrow and post up if it worked.

What is the check Valve? I ordered the pump kit and not the whole assembly as it was $80 cheaper. Can i tell if the check valve is bad by looking at it?

we unhooked the line from the pump and checked the pressure directly from the pump on that test. So to me it sounds like a bad pump as there is pressure leak down directly at the pump just the same as when there was from the check line.

ok i finally got time to put a feul pressure guage on it and with the key on engine off the fuel pressure was non existant. I checked for vac leaks and that came up with nothing. I also noticed i can smell gas outside the car. Found it leaking where the filler neck hooks to the tank. Also the car seems to start easy when you turn the key and crank for a second then turn it off then it fires when you crank it again...

Well i just got back from England and havent had the time to really mess with the car. i did scan it again and it pulled the p0174 code.

it has an sct xcal3 but ive taken the tunes off until i get this figured out. It does run a smudge better when its on the stock tune.
