With the cluster disconnected and the bulb removed I connected to the resistor and got a reading of .510 ohms

I got a reading of .4 ohms, I do not know if it makes a difference but the cluster has a 140 mph speedometer in it, unknown if this is the original cluster.

I have a 1987 notchback, 5.0 conversion, with a battery draw problem. I did a parasitic check and found that when I disconnect the three wire (yellow.green and white ) connector from the alternator the draw on the battery dissapears. I have a dash gauge to measure the alternator (not a light)...

I have disconnected the battery,replaced the sensors ,module and the drivers side with out a problem.

I am trying to install a new airbag on the passenger side of our 1997 mustang cobra, but when I slide the bag in the tabs for the bolts hit the brace in the back and the bagg still sticks out about an inch or so. i bought the car as a project and have had it for awhile. i just put a v8 in it but it was a 4 cylinder. the spark plugs are good, put in new motorcraft plugs..i havnt checked the temps of the exhuast but it is very distiguishable difference between the pipes..one is hot like it should be but...

I bought a used set of Mac Shorty headers for my 87 mustang 5.0. I am having a problem installing them. Most of the bolts will go in and the others will not. It appears that the holes in the headers are slightly off from the bolt holes in the heads.. Any ideas as to what the problem could be...
