Appreciate the reply guys. Launching hard to achieve high 11s. Is that super strenuous on the 3v chassis on a drag radial? Once the clutch is addressed will the tr3650 Start having issues? Any other weak links.

So 430ish wheel horse can run high 11s? Can you safely get these cars running high 11s with the tr3650? I'm guessing clutch, upper/lowers and some drag radials? Can I still use the stock 20 inch or do I need to convert to big little set up?

With stock headers and mid pipe I assume she should be roughly 430ish to the tires on a dyno jet with the stage 3 kit. Saleens are roughly 200lbs heavier than gts. Heavier seats, body panels, blower...., also gave 20inch heavy wheels so all that needs to take into consideration

Swirls and fine scratches can be removed with a light polish. After you polish you will want to make sure you put a coat of wax over it. Deeper swirls and scratches will requier the use of a machine, Porter cable, or rotary buffer with the proper pads.

You are going to need more than 300 flywheel horse to beat LS1 powered camaros. They have a very nice top end. I would spray a 75 shot :) You will gain 75 horse and even more torque.

If you install 4.10's :). It will feel like you added 40 horse power.

Heads and cam?

I never built a 700hp car either. More like a 450 hp car that weighs 2400lbs. It sure doesn't take a mechanic to build a 450 horse 5.0. All it takes is 1 or 2 friends that know what they are doing.

NO! I call those a hot air filter lol. I added one a few years ago to my 5.0 , and the car felt like it lost some low end power. I think it was due to all the heat it was taking in.

My friend has a similar set up as you. I believe he is running 10lbs. He ran a best of a 12.20 at 117. At englishtown.
