The IAC isn't faulty, the TPS is new and the voltage read normal after testing it a few days ago, timing was set correctly (done it many times) yesterday, Plugs, wires, ignition coil are all new, and I just replaced the EGR valve, position sensor and vacuum solenoid for the EGR and problem still...

How could a faulty EGR valve/position sensor cause this issue? It's main purpose is to route combusted gas exhaust back through the intake...unless I'm mistaken.

Are vacuum leaks notorious for causing this problem?

Is there anything I should pay attention to as to not spray with brake cleaner? or is everything pretty much safe with the exception of the throttle body.

I have to a certain extent. How would you go about checking for vacuum leaks? I've listened around for any signs of a leak, but don't notice anything which I'm sure some vacuum leaks aren't going to make a noise.

From what has been told to me, adjusting for too much pressure will make it shift at high rpm because it thinks it is in WOT. The ford techs never drove the car just they just adjusted it.

To recap. The Full Race Shift Kit will make it shift like this? Also, will readjusting the TV cable make it shift lower? If so, by how much.

My car has cold start issues too. ECT, ACT, TPS, and MAF replaced and brand new/cleaned. TB cleaned. TPS Voltage set....Could my issue be caused by something similar? I have a stock FPR though.

no matter which setting I do. I cannot shift out of 1st gear in D or or OD. I can get into 2nd all day with it manual from 1 to D. Just nothing further than 2nd when shifting manually. Maybe a 1-D-1 Shuffle to see if I can get third manually? just to see if it's even there or already toast.
