    I tried key off and got nothing then i tried key forward and thats when i got the flashes. Then i tried it with the engine running and got nothing. I'm thinking about replacing my spark plug wires with a set of ford racing wires, right now its using bosch wires. I checked the spark plugs...

    Ok so I pulled the codes and i got 11 (two blinks) then i think another 11 or a 12? I couldn't get it to flash again. Also could the distributor be knocking it off because is seems to be choking, when i push the gas about halfway down it'll choke and struggle to accelerate.

    Thanks man i'll check it out. Also would disconnecting the battery do anything after replacing the sensor?

    So I have an 88Gt and it was running rich and getting 11 mpg and it would run real choppy under 2k rpms and not accelerate until it hit the the 2k. So I did some research and figured it might be the ect sensor, so I went ahead and replaced it and cleaned the throttle body while I was there. Now...
