I know this is an old post but if an npi car has an aluminum crossover then the intake has been replaced the aftermarket has seen the problem and fixed it. (I've worked in a parts store for the past 5yrs)

im chase im rebuilding a 1996 gt 4.6 npi. i also drive an 06" ranger. the mustang im workin on doin a pi swap im havin the trans rebuilt. im looking for any info on doin a pi swap.
