It didn't tell me to do it on my Mustang, but on my Powerstroke, the instructions said to turn off all electronics like the radio and HVAC. Of course, don't unplug it until it's done. Other than that, it's a pretty straight forward.

I went to a local Mustang cruise-in at a Hy-Vee last weekend and most of the guys there had some mods done. Anyway, I'm going to be in the area for a couple months and wanted to do some stuff to my 05 while I'm out here. Are there any good shops in the area that do good work?
