Everytime I've changedy clutch/tob I use a ford tob. I changedy Last tob about 10k miles ago and the damn thing makes noise occasionally. When I bought my 03 brand new I got about 50k out of the tob till it started making noise. I guess u can say its hit Or miss

+1 for felpro all I use at work I pull heads all the time bc ppl want to play mechanic and use some half ass head gasket that ends up blowing.

Do you currently have the factory 3.27s? How much highway driving do u do? I have an 03 GT with some bolt ons and I went 4.10s I the rear. Everyone told me when torn between 2 go the numerically higher. So I went 4.10s. My mpgs haven't really dropped much on highway, city is a different story...

I got 4.10sin my 03 gt if I got a good stretch of no stop and goin in 5th around 40. Other wise I cruise in 4th if I'm stopping alot. Shifting gets annoying especially with 4.10s

There is also a coolant "sniffer" that I use at work for closed coolant systems that will sniff for exhaust fumes in a coolant system which could tell you if its a head gasket. I would let the car run a bit bc coolant in the exhaust can take a little while to burn off. If it doesn't try...

U sure it's just not condensation? Do u smell antifreeze burning by the exhaust tips? It's a very distinct smell. Try putting a coolant system pressure tester on the radiator to see if it drops pressure.
