I have the 620's with 3/4 of a coil cut out on my 67 with a 351W. Too harsh in town but somewhat tolerable on the freeway.

Unless, of course, you were planning a whole new suspension/steering replacement or rebuild in the near future anyway.

I see. '67's must be different from '69's. I've had a couple of 69's (base sportsroof and a Mach) since 1980 and I have never had a problem jacking them up from the frame rails.

Has anyone seen something like this before? It's the driver's side front rail, and the only one that looks like this. I want to put subframe connectors on, but now it looks like I have to take care of this first. You think a curb did this, or possibly something else?

I was tapping the starter with the solenoid when I was doing something to my car ( I don't remember what at this time), and it blew out my Pertronix module. Instant junk. This was the first generation Pertronix (from 1991 or so, blown out a couple of years ago).

Sounds good...was the relay next to the antenna or somewhere under the dash? How was access to do the installation? Any pitfalls I should be aware of? Thanks.
