The IAC is considered a non-servicable part. Sometimes cleaning it resolves it temporarily and in very rare cases, permanently. You're better off spending the money and replacing it. PDM Designers

Have you put the plugs in yet? My Pontiac did that same thing when one of the plugs were bad. It was horrible sounding once she warmed up. Made the supercharger sound like gun fire on a futuristic video game. -_- PDM Designers

There should be a bleeder valve on the housing. A basic Phillips or flat head that you screw out. Bleed it until its only coolant. PDM Designers

Is the system free of air? PDM Designers

The cooling system is self pressurized and aides in maintaining a cool temperature. If your pressure cap is faulty, it may need replacing if its not holding proper pressure. PDM Designers
