I reworked the water ports on the timing cover,removed all casting flash,rolled the plenum entry & lightly worked the port dividers on the intake.I also smoothed the header ports & then matched the copper gaskets to the header flange opening.

Does anyone know why Hardcore5.0 just up & dissapeared?I've been trying to log on all week & it links to **** advertising on Go Daddy every time.

Heard on hardcore 5.0 that most moroso kits,along with March had a lot of adjusting to be done due to the spacers length being off.Their site is linking to **** again.

I have an 83 notch 275/60 DR car with a boss block based stroker on spray.Still have my first,83 GT with a stout 306 eddy headed combo.Also have a 80 notch & a 84 hatch.Both are 4cyl cars.Been doin this since 88.

Look at the Edelbrock victor series pump,its a heavy duty,REBUILDABLE pump that offers increased cooling & flow (30% flow increase at 3000 rpm then back to normal)Flowcooler also has a nice pump for less $$ w/same cooling benefits.If you go this route be sure to install a heater core restrictor...

Are you going to reuse the stock pistons?They should be forged but the rings are more $$(metric).If not look at what D.S.S. has to offer,they have larger valve reliefs & this opens up your cam choices(more lift).Save your money for better heads,entry level aluminum heads can be had for not much...

Hope Split some larger vac hose through the center on one side,then put it on the frame of the fan so nothing but the line contacts the radiator.This will gain you some clearance for the fan motor & the rubber hose will be much more forgiving on the radiator while still sealing the shroud.Hope...

The timing chain covers are different & I believe the water pump is also.(for he 94/95 engines).I think the acc drive is mounted in a lower position to clear the hoodline,hope this helps.
