Lets see your Bimini Blue pics...

Yes, quads were removed. However, prior to the lowering springs I didn't have to remove them. Flipping them worked. They were worn out though...so I just pulled them off. With the lowering springs on it, I'm not sure if they would've worked or not if they were flipped as I never tried it...

18x9 +24 offset w/245/40-18 Falken FK452 - FRONT 18x10 +22 offset w/275/35-18 Falken FK452 - REAR It doesn't rub at all with this setup, although I'd prefer a little wider tire on the front next time. With a wider tire, it will probably rub...but it will look better. I've got room for a...

Lets see your Bimini Blue pics...

Thanks. Here's some more pics of it. We got one or two days this month where I was able to take it to the tuner, put it on the dyno, and drive it around a bit. Still need to iron out some bugs, but it looks pretty nice. The moulding rear of the tire on pass side is angled up in the front...

Thanks! The original pics hid a lot of small flaws. It wasn't trashed or anything, but it had a few issues. They're all gone now!

Oh yea? Well post your coupes and lx hatches here!!!

Here's mine, fresh out of paint. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get any good pics because of Winter being upon us. I'll get some good ones if/when it warms up and the streets stay clean! Please don't mind the ECU being in the floorboard...had it out for dyno tuning. It was just a...

Lets see your Bimini Blue pics...

Here she is after paint. Still not 100% done, but pretty close! I haven't had a chance to take any 'good' pics because winter is upon us now...but it turned out nice and slick. I still need to put the antenna in it, adjust the new e-brake (cobra disc conversion), and a few other odds/ends...

See above regarding seats :D In regards to the ponies, I'm either going with 17" Pony Rs or FR500s...not sure which. I want to upgrade the brakes though, no doubt.

I've been wanting one forever. I'm military and have almost 0 time to work on it, so I was hesitant to buy it...but I couldn't resist. I'll get time eventually :nice: I almost got a small loan and bought Xsporter's bimini car that he just sold, that thing was slick! It's a factory 5.0/5spd...

I picked this 1991 Bimini Coupe up late last year, and hope to restore it. It's a clean car overall with some minor cosmetic stuff here and there. I always wanted a Bimini coupe when I was younger, so when I saw it I had to snag it. Lets see your bimini cars...here's mine

86 interior swap to 93 - ebrake question

So the e-brake assembly sits in the same slot, just has mounting bolts on the right side for the 87+ cars? Seems easy enough. Thanks, SQ

86 interior swap to 93 - ebrake question

Can anyone explain how they swapped from the '4eye' ebrake handle mechanism to the aero (87-93) ebrake system? I've got an ex-4eye car, now aero nose, and got ahold of 95% of a black interior out of a 93. I've got the dash mounted, all interior panels, etc - just need to finish the console...

    E-brake swap: 1985 with a 1993 ebrake, how?

Jugador, If I had the 87+ dash with an 85 console, they would not match up where they meet by the radio. Stangbear, I wasn't planning to weld the handle to the car. I was planning to weld/fill any holes in the floor that I had left after relocating the handle. I do have a 91 e-brake...

    E-brake swap: 1985 with a 1993 ebrake, how?

I'm almost positive that this is the case: The Pre-87 cars had the e-brake centered in the center console, right? The 87+ cars have the e-brake shifted to one side due to the ashtray. If I try to install my 87+ ebrake/ashtray piece, it is offest to the left(drivers) side if I remember...

    E-brake swap: 1985 with a 1993 ebrake, how?

Anyone have any idea if there is a simple way to install a 87+ ebrake into an 86 and older car? I've got an 85 with a complete 87+ interioir, and I can't install the ashtray/ebrake section of the center console because the ebrake handle doesn't line up. So, I either need to relocate it (I...

Who has an IRS in a Fox body?

I just picked up an IRS, and I'm not sure if I want to install it, or sell it. I saw a write up on it, and it didn't seem too terribly difficult, so I may just install it. I mainly want to see how it handles, and if there are any regrets. I'm also interested in wheel hop (my car is...
