So how do spring rates change ride quality? 425lbs vs 650lbs??

Need springs but what kind? There are 425 LB and 650Lb which would be better? I want the car to ride low but not too low since its my daily driver. O yah I've heard people say good things about the FMS C kit where can i find it?

You can take it to a Kragen/Schucks/Checkers/BigWheelRossi auto parts they should have the AutoXray which does test the EEC-IV computer. I work at Schucks and have used it several times. Its a free test so its not a bad deal.

Can any tell me how the act is suppose to fit in a 92 5.0? Should the ACT "U" shaped opening: 1. face the firewall 2. up towards the hood?
