Never. I've installed a 3550 in two Fox's with ZERO issues like that. Something is wrong.

Voltage is being checked at the TPS. The MAF electonics are his stock ones, just bolted to the C&L meter. The meter has the correct calabration tube. I agree the voltage is very weird, that is what has me stumped.

if the car is still throwing the original code you posted about, I would say you have a bad 02 senser.

+1 on the RPM II intake I'm running a very similar combo to your 306 and it runs extremly well. Last Dyno #'s were 340 HP and 316 TRQ N/A car pulls all the way to 6500.

The funny thing is, the faster car out of the bunch didn't even chirp a tire. :D
