    The 03 Cobras were rated at 22mpg highway and got a $1000 gas guzzler tax because it wasn't within acceptable passenger car gas mileage standards.     Already had my computer reflashed by my tuner. I would get the free flash, but then I would have to go back to my tuner and get him to reflash over that tune to get the car running again. Too much $$$. -Jason
