Check this link for a 600hp 302, built by Total Engine Airflow. It revs over 8k and is 12.5:1 compression. http://www.totalengineairflow.com/tech/mailmonster.php Also, there used to be a member on here, NoSlo90, with a 375rwhp 302 on pump gas. Do a search. His combo was a stock bore 302...

That is a vacuum canister. Stores vacuum for HVAC and possily brakes? They sell aux. canisters for the brake booster when you run a radical cam to keep your power brakes.

Battery relocation, Do I need a batt box?

To pass tech at most tracks your going to need a vented battery box. And if your not running a sealed type of battery like an Optima, it is a smart move anyways for safety, to keep explosive hydrogen gas vapors from building up in the interior of the car. I went with a taylor box, kind of...

    Pinion Angle Question

Having the pinion angle set improperly will wear u-joints out faster like Mustang78 mentioned. It will also affect the way your car 60ft's at the track or on the street... there are different recommended starting points depending on whether you have stock, urethane, or solid bushings, with...

How long did it take you to become bored with your cars umph..?

I thought I was bored with the amount of power my car makes, and then I realized it would feel a lot faster if I wasn't burning the tires off through third gear. So now a full Team Z suspension or Baseline suspension is on my wish list...

    coil-over

I've got UPR coilovers and 17x9" '03 cobra rims in the front, and the spring on the coilover just clears the edge of the rim. I think it may depend on the back spacing and other dimensions of the particular rim you will be using

    Couple pics of my ride

I forgot to add that this car has real low mileage... I got it three years ago with 3300 miles, now it 's getting close to 6k. Finding a rust free fox body in my area is near impossible. So this is probably the best part of the car to me, knowing it's not going to rust out. When I get it...

    Couple pics of my ride

Thanks. car definitely turns heads these days when there is not a lot of sweet 5.0's left in my area. I love the cam, I misstyped though, it is actually the N21, but with 1.7's it is supposed to be the same as a N41 with 1.6's. It has a pretty nasty idle, but doesnt seem to run real well...

Whats Your Horse Power Rating & Timez

basically all I have speed wise is trick flow heads and intake, and all the other bolt-ons, and some weight loss. But I did run a 12.77 at 110 so I'm psyched. I hope to get that down to the 12.2-3's with a real good 60ft.

Thanks for the responses guys. Next step for this car is thru-the-floor subframes, then probably a s-trim, or a 150 shot of juice. Oh yeah, that LS1 in the reflection in the last pic is 380 to the wheels, in case anyone's interested.

    New rims are on! DUW

Looks sweet! I've got the same rims on mine, 275's all around. Same color too. Are those AFS wheels? Check my pics in this thread to see what your car would look like with a cobra wing, mine looks near identical to yours, same color and rims. http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=655648

I'm not sure if they still make them or not, but a Cosworth Escort. Unique, easy to modify, fast, and AWD. I think there is a member on here from Canada who has a Cossie with lots of mods.
