Here is my update. The main design is finished. All the numbers are in. Problems, the edges are flat, if I hem (roll over) the edges, it will look alot clear but the bottom corners won't be clean. I can also fillet (radius) the edges to give a smother look through out the entire part...

I'm picking up the part tonight, hopefully if I have time this weekend I have have the design done by early next week nad send it to my metal houses for quotes. I was looking at the Dash bezel and that will be almost impossible to do in sheet metal and have the same rounded edges as one part...

Gauges holes won't be a prob, I just need to know what most of u size a majority uses and where to put them and insure there will be no conflict with parts behind them. I'll prolly make one with and with the guage holes. Jeff S.

Hey all, I'm the one that is gonna fab up these brackets for you guys. I'm waiting to get the stock unit from Dave and I'll take it from there and also get it quoted. And get a price for all those interested in this. It will most likly come as brushed alum and u can get it painted any color...
