It's not an electronically controlled trans. The clicks in the selector go as follows...Park, Reverse, Neutral, OD, Drive, 1st. There is no 2nd gear position on the selector.

Theres a 12v ignition source in the wiring going to the radiator overflow tank. Thats what I tapped into for my fan controller.

I have the same design that trick flow makes, just a different brand. It does just relocate the tensioner to the drivers side.

Your gonna have to loosen almost all of the oil pan bolts so it can hang down low enough to get that timing cover on. Some of the oil pan bolts can be a pain to get to but it's only way your going to get everything lined up.
