Yeah I might just get a set, I was just wondering if my headlight and inner lense still looked new enough to throw the corners in cause they have been replaced before I think.

Should i just get a set of clear corners or get a whole new headlight set with them, here is how they look now. Is it just the corners they change in those kits?

I just dont understand why it will flash 5 times like its telling me to check cylinder 5 but then right after that will flash 9 like its ok

Did a cbt on my mustang today and it flashed 5 times but then right after that, it flashed 9 times. Why would it show a 5 then show a 9? Does that mean that cylinder five is a problem, or that everything is ok? Also I am trying to make sure my es motor mounts are not backwards, on the sides...

its a koeo code, and what do i use for the test, a test light. The wiring is all original in this car so if its not working, would the ecm be to blame? I just replace the valve, sensor, and solenoid and it still does not open when reving under the hood.

I have done the test like 10 times now and i do not not get vacuum from the solenoid to the egr valve when blipping the throttle, but why would you when your not under a load?

Ok right to the point -EGR valve works when vacuum pump is applied -10 psi of vacuum from intake to solenoid -no vacuum from solenoid to egr valve when blipping throttle but doesnt there need to be a load? Where do I go with this, the code is set at koeo and I have been stumped for 2...

Thanks buddy, It just makes me wonder why the test above tells me to check for vacuum after the solenoid when reving sitting still. Along with the haynes emissions book. I am lost lol anyone else have input to this? is there any way a functioning egr thats dirty could do any of this?

If you get red then your gonna have to change that gear in the tailshaft.
