I think part of my problem was that my multi-meter is too slow. The prime cycle is pretty short and it wasn't on long enough to get a good reading. I grounded out the fuel pump wire on the diag. connector and held it for a few seconds more and got a reading of 11.56 after the inertia switch. I...

Checked the voltage at the inertia switch and it was 10.2 volts. Normal?

Yes...I was told it came off car running and that he only took it off to upgrade.

It cranks for about 3-5 seconds before it starts unless it has run in last few minutes.

I bought a set of used injectors and a stock FPR from a local guy. I only changed the fpr and now my pressure after a single prime is at 30 psi instead of 20. Is this where it should be or does it need to be higher? Should I go ahead and change the injectors or whould that be a waste of time...

Just tried it again and with koeo the pump kicks on for a few seconds and it goes to twenty. If I turn the key off and on a few times without starting it will go to thirty. After about 2-3 min its down to 20 psi and back to zero after 10 min. I am going to get a known working fpr this weekend...

So the check valve is in the pump. I wasn't sure and didn't want to have to drop the tank if I didn't have to.Btw the pump only has about 3000 miles on it. The injectors and fpr are org. from 95.
