    T-5 pops out of 2nd gear when downshifting

    Most likly time for a rebuild.. :bang: I had the same thing .. It use to pop out of 1st.. then over time 3rd. then Reverse... What it is this that the Synchros ( sorry for the spelling) get worn out and dont hold the gear. Over time it will just let go.. just be prepared to drop about $700...

    Synthetic or Castrol GTX High Mileage??

    I had a 1993 S10 Blazer with about 89k on the clock at the time.. I put mobil 1 in and leaked like a sive It actually blew the remote Oil Filter seal..Synthetic will cause leaks if you already have a leak pending..... Trust me... 0 oil pressure is not good!
