I would go with my the Hawks myself. I recently did a brake job and switched back from Hawk to OEM. Totally noticed a difference. Never again. The Hawks are way better in my opinion. As for dusting, should not matter if you are washing your car often enough.

Make sure to get Hawk HPS pads. Makes all the difference. Grips awesome! I just did a break job and did not get those and I can totally feel a difference. Hate it.

I have heard there are cams designed to run with blowers, you should look into that if you are going to get cams at all. VT Stg2 Blower cams.

I would imagine those would not be a problem. Stock size should be about 245/45/17. So you are going a little wide with a lower profile. Not gonna fill out your wheel wells too much though. Hope your care is lowered. They will fit, but are they the best look, maybe not.

Get 265/35/18 and 295/35/18. No 40's. And if you car is lowered, get your rear fenders rolled so you don't cut your tires on dips.
