I have the MM strut tower brace and the K&N FIPK. I want to take off my throttle body, but i think the strut tower brace might be blocking the FIPK from moving over. Have any of you done TB's yourself and have had a tower brace on at the same time? If u guys need pics just ask.

i have em, and I love them. Definitly could feel the difference, especially with a full exhaust. the 5.0 ones cracked for a while, but they come with lifetime warrenty and will always send u new ones if u have problems.

yea the butterfly is the little blade that turns when you give it gas. Anyway, my friend and I fixed his car by replacing the spring that controled it. Apparently Chevy did a bad job and when you floor it a lot it can bend the spring out, leaving free movement of the butterfly during idle...

first off, ive never heard about you having to switch plans especially for a 6 month trip. second, as long as you have out of state plates they can't touch ya.

friend had a similar issue on his SS. It was the butterfly, it wasn't opening and shutting correctly. I'd take off ur CAI or whatever intake thing you have and check the butterfly.

315s on 17 inch tires is biggest for a live axle'd mustang. 18 inch its 295s. 335s would never fit.
