I've got maximum motorsports stb installed a couple of weeks ago and i've noticed that the car feels a bit tighter in the corners and doesn't flex as much when I drive onto the exit ramps in my parking garage, so it does do something.... But if you really want to stiffen stuff up you should...

..ok that's weird, I was just searching for threads on something like that. I've got a bassani catted x on my cobra too and when I go over bumps at lower speeds, or over a rough section while braking I get lots of clunking from the driver's side front area. I'm just trying to figure out if...

It'll be a bit louder, but not too too much. :)

Daily driver here too. Great car for the job.

Even with TC on my wheels will spin quite a bit before the system kicks in.

I'll bump the WMS piece. I've got one on my cobra, and had one on my GT, very high quality and the service is really good too.

They've been unpacked in Edmonton too.

The stuff I got is called invisi-shield (i think), its made by 3M. Works really well.

Yeah, comp orange is the rarest color for the 04s. Definitely gets a lot of attention.

LOL, trust me, you're nowhere close to being EXTREMELY loud. :p If you want it quieter, either put the stock H-pipe back on, or put the stock cat-back back on, or get some baffles, or get some quieter mufflers (like the stock ones). Nice Z BTW. :nice:

And any catback that you can cram them into. :D After my flowtech X crapped out on me I got a BX X, very nice piece, good quality and less expensive than any other catted pipe I could find. :nice:

Don't know if its limited just to flowmaster, my catback's pipes hang a little lower on the left side too. It looks like the length of the left hanger is just a little off.

I'm driving my cobra this winter, drove my GT the last couple of winters. No proble, just get some good winters and you'll be fine.

I had something like that too, turned out to be a loose piece of plastic molding in the back, the dealership just stuck it back down. Some guys have actually had their rear windows come loose though. :shrug:

The back seats in my 04 squeeked for a while after I got it. It was just the new material rubbing together where the two seats fold down and it went away after a while.

I traded my 02 GT for an 04 Cobra. Absolutely happy with this decision. :D

Yeah, the reflash, ford says the heads are a little different for the tick fix but I think they're the same, I believe some of the bushings or motor mounts were stiffened slightly.....
