Oh!! One other note, ported performer heads won't and can't support that type of flow CFM's naturally aspirated to support those numbers. The heads on that set-up would have to flow in the 290/ 300 cfm intake 200/210 exhaust range to support the HP he's making. Performers WILL NOT FLOW THAT!!!

Tell me who builds a combo that makes more than 500 FWHP and don't know what cam is in it. I say that because he's making 420 to the rear wheels so he has to be making at least that at the crank. On a similar note Hot Rod just built a 331 that made 535 hp that was 13.1 compression at 7200 RPM...

Is anyone running a custom cam with your eldbrock heads .What type of comb's do you have and what type of results did you get.
