a good source of 4.6 engine is kar kraft. if you never swapped an engine before, then you'll need all the help you can get. it's a good project but not recommended for the average home mechanic. you need tools, engine crane..etc. if you still can't afford it my advice to you is wait a few more...

you can have up 315/35/18 at the rear but i recommend only up to 265 at the front or you will have rubbing and steering/handling issues. i have 265/35/18 front and 295/35/18 at the rear

I didn't say you can have trac control w/o abs as an option. i said it can be done. if you read at my thread not once i said it's an option. Like i said ABS is really on the drivers liking, different drivers always have different reaction while braking and skill levels are not all the same :owned:

make sure your driveshaft is balanced.

you can have trac control w/o abs. trac control is only a limited slip differential at the rear axle and doesn't really connected to the braking system directly but they are good tandem. About the question of is ABS good or bad, well it really depend on the driver, most advance drivers...
