Top speed for a '98 cobra is 152, with a 3.27 final drive and 245/45-ZR17 tires. With your tire change to 255/35-ZR20's, theoretical top speed goes UP to 159.9 mph, but the final drive change REDUCES it to 127.5 (theoretical) mph.
