Try 10K. The entire rear clip is being replaced. The diff & axels are OK, frame OK and the only thing wrong with the suspension is a broken shock. It looks a lot worse than it is but only because it's a vert. If it was a coupe the roof would have buckled too & it would have been over.

Well, it was the evil shift stops on the shifter. The forward lock nut had loosened and the shift stop was adjusting itself in and out - explaining the "fixed itself" a few days ago. I removed the shift stops on the Hurst and all is OK now. Whew!! What a relief! Thanks for all the...

I know my Hurst has shift stops but I didn't do any adjustments when I installed it because it shifted perfect until now. I'll check it out to be sure. BTW, I just changed the trans fluid with Royal Purple 1 month before I installed the shifter so it should be fine.

I have the Hurst in my 2003 and I absolutely love it. It was so dramatically better that the stocker I was wondering why it wasn't the first thing did to the car. If you had a Hurst before and liked it on your other Mustang you won't be disappointed with the newer one.
