If you want to go with an aluminum block find a 4.6L Explorer block It is aluminum and everything will bolt uo perfectly. This is what I will be doing an about a year :nice:

You can do anything a shift kit will do with the predator. Your trans is completly controlled by the processor, so you can adjust shift points, shift firmness, and line pressure with the Predator :nice:

You have a low oil sensor in your oil pan that is failing. My wifes Windstar had the same problem untill I replaced the sensor.

You dont need vehicle weight for 0-60 or quarter mile calculations only for Horsepower measurments. You do need to find a very level, smooth road and always run in the same direction for the most accurate readings. I have the original G-Tech, and I have found it to be accuate to within 2 tenths...

I hav bought tools from Snap-on, Mac, and Matco all are good tools but I think Snap-on gives you the least amount of crap when you want a tool replaced under warranty. I have been a tech for 10 years and abuse My Snap-on tools daily, and the Snap-on salesman replaces anything no questions asked...

I have been a Ford Tech for 10 years I will agree If you feel you have a problem keep bringing it in and get documentation then you can ged a Field engineer involved if your problem is not resolved. Ford techs dont really have that big of a problem with warranty work, but we are not paid for...

My car had that squeek from the day I took delivery untill I installed the underdrive pulleys. Mabye slowing the belt down helps :shrug:
