    01 cobra vs. 94 corvette

    It all depends on the car/driver, it could go eirher way. I've owned 3 vettes before I picked up the Cobra. If the 94 was a stick with a good driver, it could run a low 13 bone stone... very few autos will run that quick... most are in the 14.0 to 13.7 range. I do know of a bone stock 95 LT1...

    Picked up my 96 Cobra today... a couple questions.

    Thanks... thats another item that isn't in the car. Dealer is going to get me a wrench from another 96 tomorrow, but will have to getthe locks tacken off somewhere most likely. I think the noise might be a tie rod... it's too loud to be brake clips.

    I picked up my 96 Cobra today from the dealership and after puuting a good 80 miles on it I must say I'm impressed... coming from owning many a vette it's a different car... but in a good way. (Doesn't kill my back, I can get in and out of it MUCH easier) One thing I've notice and not sure...

    Did you ever consider a used Vette?

    I've owned 3 vettes and most of the problems listed above do happen on C5's... not on all, but they are all known problems. Electrical items are hit and miss... I've seen a rear ABS sensor left unplugged from the factory on a 2002... rear end work lock up at speeds above 70... very dangerous...
