T5 to C4 swap I get what youre saying about making a plate to bolt up to the tranny. I have a mig at home, but never used it, and I'm a lil nervous to do this project myself. Can you post up a pic of the plate that you used?

C4 swap. I swapped the motor mounts, and that didn't help. I see what youre saying about moving the crossmember up, but I think the whole engine and tranny needs to be moved back about 3 or 4", any other suggestions?

Anyone do a 351w and c4 swap. I put the motor in the car last weekend and trans isn't lining up with the cross member. I'm hoping that I just dont have the motor mounts facing the correct way. Should I be able to reuse my stock cross memeber, or find a new one? The drive shaft has alot of play...

Anyone have a good method of rethreading a flywheel bolt hole and the best way to remove the bolt thats stuck inside? Any assistance would be greatly apprciated.

I put it up on jack stands and put it gear, still shut down. Is there any sensors that would make this happen. Like the TPS or O2 sensors?

Thanks for the help guys. Its been awhile since I've been on here and I didn't know about the new section. Its getting good fuel so I don't believe thats the issue. I'm wondering if it could be a sensor like possibly the TPS.

A buddy of mines has a 93 ranger, auto with 3.0 motor. It starts up without issues but once we put it in gear it shuts down. A trans guy told us that it is the torque convertor. Can this be true or would it be a sensor. It doesn't kick off a check engine light or anything, any suggestions?
