Seeing the 98's have the basket i know a few modifications have to be made for the pump to fit but what about the the filter thats suppose to be on the bottom of the pump it doesnt really fit in the basket what do i do about that

i have a 98 mustang gt with a 2002 gt motor in it. I've had the motor in for almost a year and the a/c worked fine. But when i took the car out this summer it started almost dieing on me when i turned the a/c on. It would not idle the car would go up and down from like 1000 rpms to 0 almost...

i got the sct and love it dont know what it did for me cause i put it in when i put a 2002gt motor in my 98 with long tubes but im sure it did something i also advanced the timing with it :)

bbk i put them in my 98 gt when i put a 2002 motor in and are very nice to bad the quieted my car alot even with my offroad x pipe

I would rather have the whole engine that is probably in beter condition with lower miles and a beter compression ratio. Especially if he wants to supercharge it later

u can use the ac and power steering but you have to drain the power steering and discharge the a/c and recharge it later

hey Hey You should do a search on this at modular department theres many people who have done it. Right now im in the process of doing it im basically done. I put a 2002 gt motor in my 98. You use your original harness,spark plug wires,coilpacks flywheel if you want to use your 98 clutch...
