    when i pulled my engine i didnt even take out the tranny. i just unbolted the bellhousing took out the bellhousing with the mustang engine. put the bell on the tc and put it in. everything bolts in.

    umm kinda. you are gonna use the mustang tranny, the mustang bellhousing, the bolt pattern is the same and they bolt right up. you need a turbocoupe clutch though.

    you wont be needing the fuel pump anytime soon. you will need the complete engine, wiring and computer. most of the mustang harness bolts upto the tc engine but you will need to repin the computer and redo a couple of conectors.     any color to the smoke? is there smoke only when your on the gas? a leak in the intake may cause a bit of smoke on these engines. maybe the pop you heard was an intake pipe blowing off. ive had a couple silicone hoses fall off the intake and had similar results. check for whistling or hissing

    the volvo ic is good only till about 280 hp. i heard they begin to lose efficiencey after that. the large npr is a better choice but they are about 200 bucks. im sure if you contact stinger he can help you out and tell you why his intercooler wont fit.

    go to turboford.org there are a lot of people that had that problem. to tell you the truth there are a lot of things that can cause that problem. exhaust leaks, timing, check the archives and make a list and check all of them
