If a shifter and exhaust are your only mods I would go to autozone and see if they can pull the code. I would then determine if it is exhaust related. If it's not I'd bring it to the dealer.

The plugs on our cars do not like octane booster. DO asearch and you'll find pictures of reddish orange crap on the plugs. At the price these plugs cost it's not worth it. The only fuel additive that is acceptable is the Chevron Techron concentrate fuel system cleaner.

Depends who's doing it but it can cost you upto 8 hours if they haven;t done the same ones before. I had to do mine twice due to a fitment issue but I did them myself so it wasn't as bad.

I would doublecheck the tune for tire size and gear ratio settings first.

It isn't hurting anything. As it was mentioned by others the friction modifier will reduce the performance of the limited slip. I purposely run no friction modifier for better performance. You can always bring it in to get it done at around 20,000 miles to save you some $$ on doing the routine...

Has it rained recently? If it has then I would check if any water got in the Smart Junction Box in the passenger side footwell. If it is damp then there is a leak in the passenger side cowl area and it runs down into the SJB.
