stock vs stock the mach1 wins, it takes tuning on the 05 mustang gt to be a drivers race. also, the 3v makes more tq, yes, but only from 2200-3200rpm. to give you an example, both cars are 5 speed, both cars are stock 05 Mustang GT VS 03 Mustang Mach1...

They ran a BONE STOCK automatic 05 gt at California speedway, on a 90 degress weather, they were able to run 3 times though, they said those were not their very best 3 passes because of the conditions, anyways, that car was BONE STOCK,they ran [email protected], [email protected] and their best [email protected]

the same can be said about the 05 GT they ran don't you think??? and yes, i'm also waiting to see them at the tracks, i guess they're properly broken-in by now.... I would start believing some times when i see this car running down the tracks :spot:

to each its own, i wouldn't buy a V6 though, i used to own one but i'm now hooked to V8's forever :). i don't like to rev my car up at every stoplight, or to show everybody i have a fast car, but knowing my car would move if i want to, is a plus :nice:

break in???? i couldn't laught my azz so hard when some people said "wait until they get broken-in"..... there is no such thing with new engines, like someone else here said, they were run hard before leaving the factory... there is no such thing as a real break-in with new engines, i ran mine...
