Ok two questions: 1. Do i have to retune the car if i move the temp sensor after the nozzle? 2. How far should the nozzle be from the temp sensor?

I left there without asking about the tq and no dyno sheet, but he is going to email it to me. what is your combo? My numbers are what I expected for the vortech WITHOUT methanol, with meth I expected at least 380RWHP. Do you run meth also?

Well I took my car to Adam@STmotorsports in san bernardino. Car made 339RWHP with a vortech s-trim 8lbs of boost, power pipe, 90mm LMAF, Snow stage 2 boost cooler with boost juice, 75mm TB, accufab plenum, stock manifolds, x-pipe w/high flow cats, flowmaster cat-back and the car is automatic...

They do great work, its who I recomend.

Might I add I love my 01 and I think its one of the best body styles ford has ever came up with!

I have 130k on my 2001 GT and it has been supercharged and meth injected for 9 years with zero issues! best car I have ever owned and I DD it. It make 430rwhp reliably and I would not hesitate to drive it cross country! 2V for the win

I had the same problem when i replaced the vortech belt with an autozone belt, then I bought a gates HD green belt and it has gone 10k zero issues! its the brand belt you are using for sure. get the green gates belt!

I had the same problem with mine when I bought a Chevalier autozone belt, got a green gates HD belt and zero problems so far (20k) part number k061080hd for a 3.6 pulley 1/4" smaller if you have a 3.33

the part number stamped on the struts is 7354138h000 I am looking to buy these but what are they? HD? Sport?

The shop will make the spun ones work, they had to add like 2" to mine to weld them up but it was no big deal

The v3 is dead quiet...unless you have cams and alot of HP you will barely hear it. my v2 was barely audible at idle wich is why I traded someone for a v1, to get the whistle :)

No cats dont wear in like mufflers do, the spun metallic cats would have made you happy volume wise. now it's up to you if you want to keep what you have. the ones they sold you quiet down ANY car quite a bit, the spun metallics flow alot better and have a better all around performance sound...

Yes that is the correct stock sized dampner, it's only underdriven in the cobras since it's a different size but it's dimensionally identical to a stock 4.6 2v one (im supercharged and also needed a stock sized dampner)

post up and let me know how you liked them because im sure you will, I run cats for the same reason...romove the fuel smell and clean up the exhaust tone, those are the BEST and will flow very well.
