ProCharger issues, could use some help...

Hey folks, I've been having some issues with my ProCharged GT. I took my car to a shop a little while back to have 3.90's and a NX Ntercooler spray bar installed and when I got it back and drove it for a bit, I noticed the bypass valve was no longer discharging like it used to. I don't think the...

Some new "Glamour Shots" of my Mustang

Glad you all dig the car! I love the Katzkin leather. If you've got cloth now, DEFINITELY go for the Katzkin upgrade. It's very soft and is actually a bit thicker than the stock seat coverings so it offers a bit more cushion. They're great. Turnaround was one day once I placed my order and I...

Some new "Glamour Shots" of my Mustang

I just wanted to share the latest shots of my ProCharged 05 Mustang that I took this evening. Finally installed hood pins and realized I hadn't taken any pics of it since the install. I hope everyone digs em! Kris

    Big Brake Kits

I'm running Precision Brakes Company's 14" 4-piston front and rear kits. They use the Wilwood Superlite calipers and come with great mounting hardware and two-piece rotors. They look great and work much better than the stock setup. Check them out at www.precisionbrakescompany.com. If you call...

Some pics of my FINISHED Mustang!

It's actually my daily driver/grocery getter! I plan on hitting both the strip and a road course very soon to get some numbers out of it. I can't wait! Kris

Some pics of my FINISHED Mustang!

Glad you guys dig it. The hood, roof, and trunk stripes were part of a judgement call by APE Wraps. They needed to break up the mass of "carbon-fiber" in the graphic and did it in a pretty tasteful Ford-style way. If we had it to do over, I would have adjusted for the scoops in the hood. We can...

Some pics of my FINISHED Mustang!

Hey folks, I've been posting pics here and there showing progress on my Mustang, but kept the finished product under wraps until SEMA, so, here she is! Hope you like!

Some pics of my Street Scene kit/spoiler.

Black out is not painted, it's from Cal-Mustang.com and runs like 50 bucks. The car is lowered with Eibach Pro Kit springs. Kris

    427.9 rwhp on my 05

:stupid: You have it your way, I'll have it mine. Once I have install my 4.10 gears it won't matter. I'll be in boost pretty much right away and still have the high-end pull of a centrifugal. The tq numbers are down due to the tuning. It's all a matter of adjusting the timing. We have it set...

    427.9 rwhp on my 05

Actually, I never did. I never made it on a dyno before the ProCharger installation. Too bad really. But for the longest time I was running just the Borla cat-back, removed HC trap, and a basic 91 Octane tune. Kris

    427.9 rwhp on my 05

LostSoul: Love it! But need to pin it still...flutters like the stock one. Car looks 100% different now that the new wheels and paint scheme are on it, but you guys aren't getting those until I load it up for SEMA! Kris

    427.9 rwhp on my 05

Oops! Sorry, thought I had a sig on this site! Here's a quick list of what I've done to mine: (Stock car is a Mineral Grey GT with Parchment interior, IUP, and an Automatic trans.) -Street Scene body kit with ducktail spoiler -RK Sport California Dream hood -Custom graphics designed...

    427.9 rwhp on my 05

Just got back from a dyno session with Greg from Racer's Edge Tuning (www.racersedgetuning.com) and boy, what a difference! The final numbers were 427.9 rwhp and 348 rwtq which is pretty freaking sweet. That's all on 91 ocane and stock internals! The car is pretty insane now. Feels really...

    Procharger intake question

The Cal Dream hood probably makes for better induction, but if you really want to split hairs, no hood is going to do much good. Only time you get good results from a ram air hood is at really high speeds. Frankly, I bought the hood for looks. :D Kris

    Procharger intake question

I notched it because that's where the ProCharger pulley ends up. The ProCharger sits right there and the pulley was rubbing on that inlet. It's not for better airflow. I'm resigned to the fact that the ram air is pretty useless now, but oh well. Kris

    Procharger intake question

Here are some pics from my install. Don't turn away from the Cal Dream hood just because it needs a tiny notch cut into it. Look at the pics, it's really nothing. The Cal Dream hood is one of the nicest fiberglass hoods I've ever seen. It's got a great finish underneath and looks...

    Procharger intake question

Sorry about the lack of pics. I'll post some tonight probably. I will have to pull them off my camera still!

    Procharger intake question

It wasn't too hard to get it to fit. The hardest part was cutting into a brand new, freshly painted hood...ooh that's rough. I had to notch the front opening in the Street Scene fascia too to make room for the intercooler tubing. Everything looks great now though! Also, a word of warning...

    Procharger intake question

Zig, I have a ProCharger with that intake on my 05. I installed the ProCharger after I got my Cal Dream hood installed and painted...big mistake. You're going to have to cut the 'air box' part so it will close. I'll take pics when I get home tonight to show you what I mean. Kris
