The OEM ones are crazy expensive. Thee connection on the harness isnt something that ive seen before. Anyone cut that off and splice an aftermarket switch on it?

I have a 2 brl on a 351c, but my heater tube is rusted off too. I dont really have any problems with the idle. I got anew tube but cant get the old tip out, so its just resting against it for now. Point is, its not affecting idle that I can tell.

one step back... Installing my new 3 point seat belts and the drivers side qtr window broke off. Not the glass but the metal pivot point where it sticks out of the qtr panel. Half the thing is still attached to the glass and the other half still sticking out of the qtr. I looked on ebay...

Just found this in one of my shop manuals. It says you can 'reset' the switch by putting it in neutral, then 1, then park, then back to neutral. Didnt work for me (think the switch is bad) but just another troubleshooting tip for everyone. :nice:

Well I got the replacement from autozone. It actually works like a champ. Im a little confused on what I have though. They said it was a holley and it came in a holley box but the diagrams in the instructions are a motorcraft. And its exactly like my old one which I know is a motorcraft...

Im moving to va beach. The autozone computer said holley 2100? I thought it was autolite 2100. Is that a 500 or 350 equivilant?
